  • Multifamily Residential – Buildings that house more than one tenant, such as apartment buildings or duplexes, are considered “multifamily.” This is one of the most common types of property we work with, so we have an exceptional amount of experience in this area.
  • Government Controlled Housing – Sometimes called “affordable housing,” these properties must adhere to with government regulations like Section 8 and other subsidies like voucher programs.
